On June 3rd, 2020 members of YARcce were apart of a Zoom workshop that discussed trust and how we can use trust to further improve the organization.

YARcce business plan meeting mask-to-mask at Muhlenberg College
On Saturday Jean Simonnet, entrepreneur in residence at Muhlenberg College, led the discussion about a business plan with Dr Guido Pez retired chief research scientist at Air Products and Chemicals, Dr Kai Landskron of Lehigh University and Kintu Khanwalkar, a retired environmental attorney from PPL.

Trust
On Wednesday June third, members of the organization held a Zoom meeting where Todd Welch led a conversation on trust. Todd gave a brief presentation on tools that can be used to gain trust in a professional atmosphere. The group then discussed what trust means to them and different scenarios of betrayal and trust and how to apply them to different work environments.
